During my youth I was taught to love the culture of pasta and to respect the Gold of Puglia: durum wheat. I remember spending my childhood summer holidays in the factory, eager to learn all my grandfather's secrets and the head pasta-maker's best recipes. Our company supports the development of our land and is careful to all the phases of production, from the local durum wheat cultivation, up to the final production of high quality pasta.
